Grant Submission Responsibilities:
AIS is authorized to prepare and submit grant proposals, manage communications, and conduct necessary follow-ups with grant agencies on behalf of my business as specified by me.Financial Responsibilities:
I agree to pay any and all upfront fees associated with the preparation and submission of grant applications as charged by AIS.I understand that I will be responsible for a success fee of up to 10% of the grant amount awarded per grant, payable to AIS upon the successful receipt of grant funding.
No Guarantee of Funding or Deadlines:
I acknowledge that AIS does not guarantee the success of grant applications submitted on behalf of my business.AIS is not responsible for meeting application deadlines unless previously agreed upon in a separate agreement.AIS is not liable for the denial of any grant applications submitted.Accuracy of Information:
I certify that all information provided to AIS for the purpose of grant applications is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.I understand that I am solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all documents and information provided for grant applications.No Refunds:
I understand that all fees paid to AIS are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the grant application process.Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIS and its agents from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney’s fees, arising from any false information provided by me or my company or from any breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
