Document Submission: Any documents you receive from state entities that are not directly sent to Abundant Innovative Solutions, LLC must be forwarded to our office promptly. This ensures we are aware of any actions needed to maintain compliance with your nonprofit filing status.
Registered Agent Documentation: If Abundant Innovative Solutions, LLC is listed as the registered agent for your nonprofit, all state correspondence must be mailed directly to our office to ensure timely filings and compliance.
Access to Login Information: You agree to provide Abundant Innovative Solutions, LLC with all necessary login credentials for state and nonprofit-related websites to ensure that filing deadlines are met. Failure to provide this information may result in missed deadlines, and Abundant Innovative Solutions, LLC will not be held liable for any late fees or penalties incurred.
Payment Agreement: You agree to pay for all services provided by Abundant Innovative Solutions, LLC upfront. This includes both service fees and any amounts that must be paid directly to the state for filing, as per state requirements.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and understand that failure to comply may result in delays or additional liabilities for which Abundant Innovative Solutions, LLC will not be responsible.
