Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: For any changes to your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimally manage our schedule. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in the full amount of your service to be charged for cancellation or rescheduling fee. Late Arrival: We appreciate your punctuality to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, late arrivals may lead to a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing others.
