Service Description
For each tax year review, there is a required $50.00 deposit. This deposit allows us to thoroughly review your tax information and assess any potential amendments or filing needs. Applying the Deposit: If you decide to proceed with filing or allow us to amend the tax return, this $50.00 deposit will be applied toward the amendment fee and regular filing fees. Non-Refundable Deposit: Should you choose not to proceed with filing or amending after the review, the $50.00 deposit will remain non-refundable as it covers the work and time dedicated to the review for that tax year. This deposit ensures you get a professional review of your tax details while also helping us maintain the quality and dedication we bring to every client.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: For any changes to your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimally manage our schedule. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in the full amount of your service to be charged for cancellation or rescheduling fee. Late Arrival: We appreciate your punctuality to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, late arrivals may lead to a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing others. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
